1. Definitions and Interpretation

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be returned to the payment source.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To create an ayam4d Account, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Upon registration, you will create a secure password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ayam4d operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time upon request, you must complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID card / KTP Nasional, or valid passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify payment method ownership

Verification typically processes within 1-24 hours during business days. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension until verification is completed. All documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify ayam4d if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You may not share, transfer, or sell your Account to any third party.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

ayam4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. ayam4d does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse deposits from unverified payment sources and may request additional documentation to confirm payment method ownership.

6. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an alternative verified payment account registered in your name.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

ayam4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on incoming transfers. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically range from 1 to 24 hours.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

ayam4d offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Bonus terms are clearly stated at the time of each promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Players must opt-in to receive bonuses and may decline promotional offers at any time.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon Account termination for violation of terms, ayam4d reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus winnings. If your Account is closed at your request or due to self-exclusion, remaining funds will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable administrative fees.

11. Limitation of Liability
